Although there is no hierarchical relation between the Strategic Business
Units (SBU) and the Technical and Operational Units (TOU), there are functional
relations due to the affinities between of the businesses of the former
with the areas of expertise of the latter. However there are no exclusive
relations, since a multidisciplinary or multi-services Contract of a SBU
can involve TOUs normally associated with other SBUs, and also because
the
scope of some TOUs is clearly transversal.
The descriptions of each of the twenty two Technical and Operational
Units follow.
